Todd is an associate in the firm’s business and banking law practice group. Todd’s previous work experience includes financial analytics, securities, investments and underwriting at several international investment firms. His practice at Cohen Kinne involves business organization, formation and transactions, as well as all general corporate matters. While in law school, Todd worked for one of Boston’s largest law firms and served as a Clerk in the Superior Court. A Williams College graduate, Todd has returned to the Berkshires. He enjoys baseball, sailing and golf.
