Megan’s practice focuses on corporate law. Prior to joining Cohen Kinne, she served as in-house counsel for a financial services firm. Megan’s regulatory experience is an important asset in the firm’s business and banking practice. She also clerked for counsel in the New York State Assembly. Originally from Dalton, she is happy to be back in the Berkshires. Megan believes that managing a client’s transaction goes beyond papering the deal. She understands the need to facilitate business dealings in a manner that focuses on the client’s goal and opportunity.
