Cohen Kinne represented a plastics manufacturer and distributor concerning rights to certain intellectual property rights. After a week-long trial, the Superior Court found that Cohen Kinne’s client was the owner of a valid patent license, copyrights and trademarks to the product at issue in the case.
As a result of the ruling, the company has obtained ownership rights to valuable assets and has grown its business operations nationally and internationally. The company was represented at trial by Chris Hennessey.
